Movement is medicine. Focused on helping people of all abilities live well and achieve overall wellness and fitness, the Stonehill Communities Wellness Center is open to residents, Stonehill team members, and individuals throughout the greater Dubuque area.
Your Space for Health and Healing
The 9,000-square-foot Wellness Center includes treadmills, elliptical and NuStep® machines, recumbent bikes, and a full range of strength and circuit equipment. Amenities also include an indoor walking track, a HydroWorx underwater-treadmill therapy pool, and a sauna.

Our friendly and knowledgeable staff support your wellness journey through group fitness classes, personal training, and health coaching services for all ability levels.
